Yes. No notice period, no penalties. Just click "Cancel subscription" in settings and you can keep using until the end of your paid period. Your data stays safely stored — if you return, you'll find everything in its place.
Housio runs on trusted European infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) with servers in the EU. All data is encrypted, automatically backed up and protected under GDPR. We never sell or share your contracts and tenants' personal data for others' purposes — we only use vetted infrastructure processors bound by contract. See the Security & data page for details.

Yes, and you have a choice. Housio works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer, and you can also install it as an app for iPhone and Android. Everything syncs in real time, so it makes no difference where you enter something.
Yes, automatically. Housio notifies you by email 30, 14 and 7 days before contract end. Never forget to renew and never lose a tenant. You'll also receive notifications about unpaid rent or approaching insurance expiration.
Absolutely. You generate PDF reports for accountants, banks or tax advisors from the Pro plan up — done in seconds. You can also export your data to Excel anytime (from the Basic plan). API access to integrate your own systems is coming soon on the Business plan. Your data is always yours — no vendor lock-in.
A spreadsheet does not watch deadlines. Housio emails you 30, 14 and 7 days before a lease ends, keeps payments attached to the right lease and meter readings attached to the right flat. A spreadsheet is free, Housio starts at €12 a month — it pays for itself with the first lease you would otherwise have forgotten.

Yes. Each lease has a monthly schedule and you record payments against it, so the overview shows who has paid and where a payment is missing. No digging through bank statements.

Yes. You invite them by email and they see what you allow them to see. Useful when you manage flats for someone else, or when your accountant needs the figures once a quarter.
The first property and tenant take a few minutes. You do not have to migrate your whole history — start from the current month and fill in the rest as you go. It earns its keep at the first deadline that would otherwise have slipped.
Housio is run by US Europe Group s.r.o., company number 06779808, based in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It was not designed in the abstract — we built it because we rent out flats ourselves and had nothing that watched the deadlines for us.
It stays yours. Export whatever you need before you cancel, and if you ask us to delete the account we remove the data — the steps are on the account deletion page. Everything runs on servers in the European Union under GDPR.
